Vanessa Hudgens attends the "Captain America: The First Avenger" premiere in Hollywood on Tuesday.
Vanessa Hudgens underwent a drastic haircut in order to play a pregnant teen mom in her new film "Gimme Shelter," and the actress says that the short 'do makes her feel older beyond her years.
"Oh man, it's really intense -- I'm still getting used to it," Hudgens told Access Hollywood on Monday. "Honestly, I kind of feel like a soccer mom, but we're going to let that go. There's nothing wrong with soccer moms, but I'm only 22! I miss [my hair,] believe me, I do, but there's nothing I can do about it."
Hudgens says that instead of visiting a salon for the cut, she cut her hair herself -- with a little help from the film's director.
"I grabbed the scissors and started cutting my actual hair. Then my director decided that he was going to grab the scissors, and he grabs a chunk of my hair and just chops it."
